Supporting the International Buying team, you will play a key role in supporting international tenders and negotiations, ensuring efficient processes and strong supplier partnerships. Working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, your focus will include tender preparation, data compilation, supplier sourcing, contract coordination and operational delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to large‑scale international initiatives in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment that shapes how millions of customers experience our brands so we can put a smile on our customers’ faces today and tomorrow. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liCoordinate end-to-end international tender processes, from supplier sourcing and NDA set‑up through to RFI/RFP preparation and contract execution /li liSupport the International Buying team in driving cost optimisation and margin improvements across multiple European markets through structured procurement activities /li liManage contract administration, including extensions, tracking key terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance ahead of supplier engagement /li liAct as a key point of coordination across Zurich, European business units and suppliers, facilitating clear communication and smooth project delivery /li liProvide hands‑on operational support to buyers, including preparing reporting files, organising meetings, and ensuring timely follow‑up of actions /li liOversee administrative processes such as contract filing and product sample coordination to ensure efficiency and accuracy /li liContinuously improve processes by introducing AI‑assisted tools for repetitive tasks such as templating, contract tracking and deadline management /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liPrevious experience in a team assistant, coordination or procurement support role within a fast‑paced, commercial environment /li liStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, particularly when working with data, contracts and financial information /li liConfident communicator with the ability to build credible relationships with stakeholders across different markets and levels /li liFluent in English, with additional European languages such as German or Dutch considered a strong advantage /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), with curiosity and openness to leveraging new tools such as Canva, AI and digital platforms /li liA proactive, positive and energetic mindset, with a natural drive to improve processes and support team successbr/Ability to stay organised and manage multiple priorities, supporting a high‑volume international tender pipeline /li /ul h3How You Will Make an Impact /h3 ul liEnable the success of the International Buying team by providing reliable, high‑quality support that allows them to focus on strategic negotiations and commercial outcomes /li liHelp drive cost efficiencies and protect margins by ensuring tenders and procurement processes are delivered accurately, on time and with strong attention to detail /li liStrengthen compliance and reduce risk by proactively managing NDAs, contracts and supplier onboarding processes before key business interactions /li liBring a structured and organised approach to a fast‑paced environment, confidently managing multiple projects while maintaining clarity and control /li liBuild strong relationships across teams and markets, acting as a trusted contact who keeps stakeholders aligned, informed and moving forward /li liIdentify and implement smarter ways of working, including embracing AI and digital tools to simplify processes and improve efficiency /li liTake a proactive, solution‑focused approach, demonstrating flexibility, energy and a strong customer mindset to go the extra mile and make a meaningful difference /li /ul h3Who We Are /h3 pYou may not have heard of us, but you’ll know our brands!
