ph3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liFacilitate LLM API (e.g., GPT, Claude) for enterprise use cases. /li liCollaborate with business team to integrate GenAI into workflow and automation processes such as document processing, document triage, quotation, claim, underwriting, etc. /li liDevelop and maintain enterprise-level document RAG and LLM Knowledge Base. /li liLead behavior‑driven design and spec‑driven development principles, AI coding, AI testing, and provide framework support and guidance to both business and IT teams. /li liDevelop AI Agent skills and AI‑driven tools to improve data quality, documentation, logic traceability, reduce technical debt, and modernize AIOps. /li liOptimize prompt engineering and context engineering strategies for accuracy, relevance, and performance. /li liImplement secure and scalable inference pipelines using Azure or AWS. /li liMonitor model outputs for bias, hallucination, and compliance with Zurich’s security standards. /li liEnsure AI applications comply with Zurich’s data protection and privacy policies, including handling of PII and consented data. /li liSupport GenAI workshops and internal enablement initiatives to promote AI adoption. /li /ul h3Skills and Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI Engineering, or related field. /li liExperience deploying AI models into production environments. /li liProficiency in Python and TypeScript programming languages, and familiarity with Langchain framework and Vecel AI toolkit. /li liFamiliarity with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude) APIs, prompt tuning, and GenAI deployment. /li liFamiliarity with spec‑driven development framework such as OpenSpec and GitHub Spec‑Kit. /li liStrong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration points. /li liKnowledge of data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI standards. /li liFamiliarity with DevOps tools and containerization technologies, such as Jenkins, Azure Pipeline, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes. /li liProficiency with Git and GitHub workflows. /li liKnowledge of cloud platforms and services such as AWS and Azure, and experience managing cloud‑based infrastructure. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liExcellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams. /li liFamiliarity with security best practices and the ability to implement security measures in the software development lifecycle. /li liA commitment to continuous learning and staying up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and technologies. /li liSelf‑motivated, proactive, and responsible. /li liProficiency in English reading and writing skills, and the ability to use either English or Cantonese as a working language. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
