Become part of our energetic and growing international team and take the opportunity to work on interesting projects in the rapidly developing field of Biologics. /ppbKey responsibilities: /b /plipInvestigation and management of deviations, as Lead Investigator /p /lilipRoot cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA implementation for project topics, and general lab topic. /p /lilipCoaching and mentoring of junior QC colleagues. /p /lilipQC analytical review and evaluation of results. /p /lilipTechnical writing and document review (test methods, APs, protocols, reports). /p /lilipQuality oversight and audit readiness in GMP-regulated labs (participation in audits for assigned projects). /p /lilipSupport optimization of laboratory processes and workflows /p /lilipContinuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.) /p /lilipImplementation, optimization, transfer and validation of analytical methods, with focus on HPLC, CE and icIEF. /p /lilipResponsibility for all HPLC project related tasks and representation of HPLC team in the project team for the assigned projects. /p /lilipProcessing of investigations, change requests and deviations under cGMP. /p /lilipExtraction and evaluation of analytical data, preparation of reports and presentations. /p /lilipPreparation, review and approval of documents to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. /p /lilipExpertise in analytical and technical issues for the assigned projects. /p /lipbKey requirements: /b /plipMaster or PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, biology or related field. /p /lilipMinimum 5-10 years of proven experience in pharma industry. /p /lilipGood understanding of GMP required. /p /lilipExperience with HPLC, CE or icIEF desirable. /p /lilipIdeally experience with IT systems like LIMS and CDS. /p /lilipProficient in English, German is a plus. /p /lipEvery day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
