Finance Manager

For our client, a Swiss group leader in its field, we are looking for a Finance Manager to start as soon as possible and ready to fully commit to a comprehensive, demanding and strategic role, based at the headquarters in French-speaking Switzerland.

Finance Manager

This position is aimed at an ambitious profile, capable of managing daily tasks while leading several structuring projects simultaneously in a group environment with tight deadlines.

Your missions:
- Prepare the review and analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as the information to be published.
- Consolidation of around ten entities.
- Creation, improvement and optimisation of internal procedures.
- Supervise internal controls and ensure their compliance with the Group's policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and ensure the completion of the annual audit, and guarantee the integrity and accuracy of the financial statements in accordance with the Group's accounting standards.
- Contribution to projects with the CFO
- Production of tax declarations and submission to authorities.

The desired profile:
- Federal Diploma or Expert qualification
- Minimum 5 years of external audit experience in a Big 4. Any additional experience in a company will be an asset.
- Familiarity with group environments, fast closings and demanding reporting
- Natural leadership, sense of responsibility, strong level of commitment and personal involvement
- Comfortable in contexts of change, growth and multiple priorities
- English C1
