The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the reliability, consistency, and automation of financial reporting across the Group, while supporting business leaders with accurate insights and performance analysis. /p pMore than a traditional finance role, this position is designed for a finance professional with strong analytical and system capabilities. The role will act as a trusted expert for financial data, Power BI reporting and FPA systems such as Tagetik, helping the organisation improve decision-making, performance monitoring, and operational efficiency. /p pThe position offers broad exposure across FPA, Business Partnering, Controlling, Reporting, and Finance Transformation in an international and fast-paced environment. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liOwn, maintain and develop the financial data structure to ensure reliability, consistency, integrity, and availability of financial information. /li liAct as the subject matter expert for financial master data, reporting structures and finance data governance. /li liOwn, develop and continuously improve Power BI reporting solutions, business performance dashboards, and analytical tools. /li liAct as key user and functional expert for Tagetik and other FPA systems, with the ability to challenge the current setup and propose structured improvements. /li liSupport the development of scalable, automated and well-controlled finance reporting processes. /li liDesign, enhance and automate analytical tools, dashboards and recurring performance reporting solutions. /li liPrepare and analyse monthly financial reporting, including consolidated sales reporting, PL analysis, variance analysis versus budget and forecast, and performance KPIs. /li liDeliver meaningful financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic and operational decision-making. /li liCoordinate and support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles in partnership with HQ Finance, Business Units, and international affiliates. /li liParticipate actively in monthly financial closing activities in close collaboration with the Accounting Team. /li liSupport Business Units and local affiliates as a finance partner, providing meaningful analysis of business performance, market dynamics, profitability and growth opportunities. /li liIdentify and promote initiatives that improve profitability, increase efficiency, strengthen data quality, and generate sustainable cost savings. /li liDocument reporting processes, system logic, data definitions and key controls to ensure continuity, auditability, and scalability. /li liSupport user adoption by providing guidance, training and support to finance users and business stakeholders. /li /ul h3PROFILE /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or a related field. /li liMinimum 3-5 years of experience in FPA, controlling, finance business partnering, audit, finance systems, business intelligence, or a related finance function within an international environment. /li liStrong finance background combined with a genuine interest in systems, data analytics, automation, and performance management. /li liAdvanced Power BI skills, with the ability to design impactful dashboards, analytical tools, and management reporting solutions. /li liStrong Tagetik knowledge highly desirable; experience with EPM/CPM, planning, and consolidation tools would be a strong advantage. /li liAbility to act as a functional architect and key user for finance systems, translating business needs into structured reporting and system solutions. /li liStrong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance management. /li liTechnology-savvy and comfortable leveraging digital tools, automation, and data analytics to improve finance processes and decision-making. /li liExcellent analytical capabilities combined with strong attention to detail and data accuracy. /li liProactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. /li liStrong communication skills and ability to explain financial, analytical, and system-related topics to non-technical audiences. /li liTeam player with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with international teams from different cultures and backgrounds. /li liFluent in French and English;
