ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOperating and continuously developing our Azure platform – including Azure Landing Zone, subscriptions, networks, private endpoints, DNS, Key Vaults and central platform services. /li liImplementing governance and security requirements on a technical level, in particular in the areas of Microsoft Entra ID, IAM, RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access, Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, encryption and Zero Trust. /li liMonitoring, logging and alerting; maintaining operations documentation and operational standards. /li liSupporting incidents, changes, migrations and disruptions in the Azure environment and ensuring root‑cause analysis, technical remediation and sustainable improvements. /li liDeveloping automations and infrastructure as code using tools such as ARM, Bicep, Terraform, PowerShell, Azure CLI and CI/CD pipelines. /li liWorking closely with architecture, security, operations, application teams and external partners and providing support on topics such as resilience, backup, recovery, compliance and cost optimisation. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and several years of practical experience in operating and securing cloud platforms on Microsoft Azure. Additional training or certifications in Azure administration, Azure security or cloud operations (e.g., Azure Administrator or Azure Security Engineer) are an advantage. /li liSound understanding of secure, stable and standardised platform operating models on Azure and in-depth knowledge in the areas of cloud operations, Azure security, identity access management, networking, monitoring and technical operations. /li liExperience with infrastructure as code, automation in the Azure environment and the use of Azure DevOps, Git and modern CI/CD pipelines, able to identify and assess technical risks and derive pragmatic measures to improve security, stability and operability. /li liIndependent, structured and reliable work style, capable of documenting technical interrelationships in a comprehensible way and explaining them clearly to different stakeholder groups. /li liAnalytical, networked thinking, responsible and solution-oriented approach, strong awareness of data protection and information security.
