Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.Join Julius Baer's Structured Lending Solutions team as a structured lending specialist, where you will play a critical role in Julius Baer’s lending offering within the GPS Division.YOUR CHALLENGEAct as subject matter expert structuring complex lending transactions collaborating with key stakeholders globallyLiaise with clients to find suitable solutions for their bespoke lending needsSupport the broader team in deal specific tasks and various other exercisesYOUR PROFILEBachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in Banking Finance, Business Administration, or LawExperience in collateralized transactions underlying being equities, fixed income, hedge funds, amongst otherWork on front to back work stream coverage – origination, structuring, approvals (including liaising with control functions) and lifecycle managementPreference for cross-jurisdictional experience, with understanding of complex cases (insider considerations, etc.)Technical background in collateral assessment (excel models, etc.)Background in transaction documentation negotiationExperience with derivative structures / hedged transactionsProficient in MS word, Excel and PowerPointExcellent communication and presentation skills in English, other languages are a plusDiligent, accurate, and reliable personalityStrong analytical, planning and organizational skillsCritical and conceptual problem-solver with a growth mindset, with strong attention to detailAble to work independently, and take ownership, with a highly motivated and positive attitudeWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.br#J-18808-Ljbffr
