Service Technician (m/f/d) - French-speaking Switzerland

Your mission

Do you love technology, solving problems and satisfying customers?As a Service Technician for French-speaking Switzerland, you bring our innovative parking management and access control solutions to life. You commission the systems, support our customers and ensure everything works perfectly – with a great deal of autonomy, confidence and variety every day.

Your responsibilities

• Install, commission and maintain our systems throughout French-speaking Switzerland
• Troubleshoot and restore the operation of installations using your technical expertise
• Assist and train customers – on site and at our Sion office
• Ensure clear reporting and thorough documentation by preparing clear service reports
• Participate in on-call service

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma as an electronics technician or equivalent training
• Strong knowledge of networks and databases
• Enjoy practical work and have a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
• Autonomy, flexibility and team spirit
• Resident in Switzerland (preferably in the Lake Geneva region)
• Driving licence
• Languages: fluent French; professional level English
