Stellenbeschreibungph3Process Design Lead – Source-to-Pay (BPMN 2.0) /h3 pbFunction: /b Project Management and Business Analysis /p pbRemotely: /b Hybrid /p h3Location /h3 pZurich /p h3Start date /h3 pASAP /p h3Duration /h3 p5 months - with possibility of extension /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTranslate project lead and stakeholder requirements into clear, end-to-end procurement process designs in line with the company's design principles /li liDesign and model Source-to-Pay processes, from demand through to payment, using BPMN 2.0 /li liDevelop semantic-to-system mappings, tracing value chains through to business capabilities and into process design /li liDefine how each process interacts with policy and governance gates in both directions — how processes drive controls and how controls constrain processes /li liTranslate process designs into operational procedures, SLAs, and supporting documentation /li liEnsure consistency of process models across regions, maintaining a single, coherent global standard /li liAct as the reference point for end-to-end process design for both platform configuration teams and senior stakeholders /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven, hands‑on experience as a BPMN 2.0 process designer, with process modelling forming the core of the role /li liHighly adaptive to internal design principles and guidelines /li liDemonstrable application expertise in ARIS, object knowledge /li liStrong ability to translate stakeholder and project requirements into clear, actionable process designs /li liExperience mapping semantic structures to systems, including value chains, business capabilities, and process design /li liClear understanding of how process design interacts with policy and governance frameworks in both directions /li liSolid Source-to-Pay process knowledge, with a credible understanding of the demand-to-payment lifecycle /li liExperience translating processes into procedures, SLAs, and operational documentation /li liWorking knowledge of SAP (Ariba and/or S/4HANA), sufficient to design processes aligned with platform capabilities /li liExperience in process design within financial services or similarly regulated environments /li liDriven and proactive, taking ownership and advancing designs without waiting for direction /li liHands‑on and comfortable operating within a fast‑paced transformation programme /li liCurious and quick to learn, with a strong ability to translate business needs into clear designs /li liCollaborative and personable, with a stakeholder‑focused approach and a desire to deliver impact /li liRelevant process or modelling certifications (e.g., OMG BPMN, Software AG ARIS, or recognised process management qualifications) are advantageous /li liFluent in English; German would be preferred /li /ul pDue to Swiss work permit restrictions, we can only consider applications from EU citizens or holders of a valid working permit in Switzerland. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
