Commercial Banking Assistant - Russian speaking - Wollerau

• Provide comprehensive support to Relationship Managers in the management of client relationships.
• Handle client requests and inquiries professionally, efficiently, and independently.
• Prepare, maintain, and update client files and KYC documentation.
• Coordinate account opening, maintenance, and closure processes in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support periodic client reviews and ongoing due diligence processes.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of client data across internal systems and applications.
• Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up with clients when required.
• Act as part of the first line of defense by identifying and escalating potential risks and compliance concerns.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Compliance, Operations, Payments, and Risk Management.
• Participate in departmental initiatives, projects, and process improvement activities.

The successful candidate will support Relationship Managers in the day-to-day servicing of commercial and private clients, ensuring an outstanding client experience while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.Required Qualifications & Skills

• Banking apprenticeship (EFZ), vocational baccalaureate, or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in banking is required, ideally within Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Client Coverage, or another client-facing banking environment.
• Experience supporting Relationship Managers and handling client onboarding and KYC documentation is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory; additional languages are considered an asset.
• Strong client service orientation and professional communication skills.
• Good understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements

• Valid Swiss work permit or authorization to work in Switzerland.
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
