ppbJob description /b /p /pppbNo remote / hybrid work model possible for this role /b /p /pppbKey responsibilities /b /p /p liOwn full PL responsibility (revenue, margins, cost structure, and investment decisions) of the RFID Business Unit. /li liDefine and execute the RFID Business Unit strategy with full ownership of growth, profitability, and market leadership. /li liDefine and manage budgets, forecasts, and investment priorities to maximize return on innovation and product development. /li liDrive product roadmap, portfolio management, and new product introductions aligned with market needs. /li liBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Represent EM in key industry bodies (e.g., RAIN Alliance) and strengthen its leadership within the RFID ecosystem. /li liDrive business development, strategic account engagement, and ecosystem partnerships in close collaboration with the Sales organization. /li liMonitor market trends, competition, and emerging applications to identify new business opportunities. /li liLead the RFID Business Unit organization, including product management and RFID engineering, while fostering strong collaboration with Sales, Operations, and other key functions. /li liDefine clear performance metrics (KPIs/OKRs) and drive a results-oriented culture. /li liFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence. /li
