You are as comfortable with challenging ideas as you are with taking ownership for delivering results. /p h3YOUR MAIN TASKS /h3 h3Executive Partnering /h3 ul liAct as the strategic partner to the CFO /li liPrepare executive decision papers and presentations /li liChallenge executive discussions with data‑driven insights /li liTranslate complex business topics into actionable recommendations /li liRepresent the CFO in cross‑functional initiatives where appropriate /li liProvide independent challenge and strategic thinking to support better executive decision‑making /li /ul h3Business Performance /h3 ul liDevelop meaningful KPIs and performance steering concepts /li liBuild management reporting that tells a story – not only numbers /li liTranslate financial performance into clear business narratives for executive management /li liEnsure financial transparency and business performance steering /li liDevelop business cases and strategic decision support /li liIdentify business risks and opportunities through financial analysis /li liLead strategic planning, budgeting and performance review processes /li /ul h3Finance Strategy Transformation /h3 ul liLead the evolution of Finance towards a data‑driven, AI‑enabled business partner /li liDrive AI and digitalization projects /li liIdentify and implement best practices to continuously improve Finance processes and business performanceChallenge existing processes and redesign them where necessary /li liCoordinate cross‑functional strategic programs /li /ul h3Making Things Happen /h3 ul liEnsure management decisions are followed through /li liAlign stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales and Corporate /li liTurn Finance strategy into execution /li liBring structure to complex topics /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent /li li10+ years of strong Finance/Controlling, FPA or Corporate Finance background combined with business understanding /li liStrong understanding of automation, AI and digital technologies, with the ability to identify and implement opportunities to improve Finance processes and business performance /li liProven track record of leading strategic or transformational initiatives /li liExperience with SAP S/4HANA and modern reporting, planning and analytics solutions /li liExperience working in an international and matrix organization /li liStrong presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences /li liExcellent analytical and communication skills /li liFluent in English German, French is an advantage /li /ul h3What makes this role unique /h3 pYou may not lead a team, but you will influence the decisions that shape the company. /p pWorking directly with the CFO, you will help define the future of Finance, challenge executive thinking and contribute to the company's most strategic initiatives. /p pSuccess in this role is based on credibility, expertise and influence – not hierarchy. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
