The Global Animal Nutrition Research team is located across three sites in North America, France, and Switzerland, focusing on the development of innovative, science-based products and technologies.br/br/ADM’s Animal Nutrition Science Technology group is seeking a bPrincipal Scientist in Ruminant Nutrition Research. /b This position will be responsible for leading the development and execution of ADM’s research projects in ruminant nutrition.br/br/The successful candidate will play a key role within the team and will lead the development of innovative, science-based products that differentiate ADM in the market by: /pliManaging the ruminant research pipeline and leveraging ADM’s capabilities to deliver a unique research program for ruminant applications. /liliLeading the exploration of new concepts, ideas, and technologies to address customer needs. /liliManaging and executing the research pipeline in alignment with the global ruminant research strategy. /liThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of feed ingredients, additives, and solution technologies, as well as their impact on rumen physiology, metabolism, immune status, and overall ruminant health and well-being.br/br/bYour Responsibilities /bliLead solution development projects from end to end, managing RD activities and coordinating cross-functional project workstreams including Commercial, Regulatory, Production, and other relevant functions. /liliWork with internal RD facilities to conduct discovery activities and proof-of-concept studies, from in vitro to in vivo. /liliDevelop and maintain relationships with academic institutions and industry partners. /liliPromote ADM Animal Nutrition through peer-reviewed scientific publications and presentations. /liliSupport the development of intellectual property. /libYour Profile /bli, Ruminant Nutrition, Animal Sciences, or a related field. /lili10 years of experience in the ruminant nutrition industry. /liliDemonstrated ability to design, coordinate, and execute product development projects from end to end. /liliWillingness to work closely with laboratory teams and RD farms as needed. /liliAbility to participate in and influence teams to drive alignment and successful delivery of objectives. /liliStrong interest in customer interaction. /liliProven proficiency in written and verbal communication. /liliAbility to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. /liliExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in a global environment. /liliFluent in English. /li pb#IncludingYou /bbr/br/Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
