You will drive the technical design of a strategic insurance project, provide architectural leadership, and collaborate with international teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions. /p h3Responsibilities and Duties /h3 ul liAnalyze and assess the implementation of a challenging project in Insurance area in Switzerland /li liDesign, define, and continuously evolve the architecture of the project for the Swiss market /li liSpecify and define local adaptations, customizations, and extensions /li liProvide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to development teams /li liCollaborate and coordinate with stakeholders and international teams /li liEnsure software quality through code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Skills /h3 ul liAbout 10+ years of experience as a Lead Developer or Senior Developer /li liStrong expertise in Java (Java 17+/21), Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Kafka /li liHands‑on experience with Microservices, Domain‑Driven Design (DDD), Event‑Driven Architecture (EDA), and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) /li liProven experience working with international and distributed teams /li liSolid knowledge of Insurance or Financial Services Domain is highly desirable /li liExcellent English communication skills; German language skills are considered an advantage /li /ul h3Location and Work Flexibility /h3 ul liPlease note that a fully remote work policy is not offered for this role /li liCandidates should be prepared to relocate to Zürich (Switzerland) /li liWork‑from‑home days may be possible according to the Client's policy /li /ul pOur personnel search is addressed to candidates of all genders. /p pThe data will be processed and stored exclusively for the purposes of this or future selections, in compliance with the Federal Data Protection Law (LPD) and guaranteeing the rights referred to in art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/03 and EU regulation 679/2016 (GDPR). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
