ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTake responsibility for the entire sales strategy — from conception and validation to implementation. /li liWork closely with the Head of Marketing to develop targeted measures for our different customer segments, with the aim of increasing revenue and making our sales processes more efficient and scalable. /li liBe responsible for the structured expansion of our sales team: identify and develop talent and enable team members to reach their full potential. /li liActively contribute to the company’s strategic development and play a key role in the company’s future internationalization. /li liDevelop and implement national and international sales strategies: analyse market potential, identify opportunities, and design targeted sales approaches to strengthen and expand our market position. /li liOptimise sales processes and ensure we take full advantage of existing or new tools. /li liEnsure that market analyses and customer feedback are communicated internally in an effective manner. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liSeveral years of experience in selling photovoltaic (PV) solutions or within the energy industry. /li liExperience working in start‑ups. /li liStrategic thinker with a hands‑on mentality: you not only develop concepts but also drive their implementation. /li liProven success in developing and executing sales strategies. /li liConfident use of CRM systems and data‑driven sales processes. /li liStrong communication skills and negotiation ability across different hierarchical levels. /li liExcellent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage. /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 pDemonstrates expertise in developing and implementing national and international sales strategies, with a focus on photovoltaic solutions and the energy industry. Proven ability to lead and expand sales teams while optimising sales processes through effective communication and data‑driven decision‑making. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
