JOB DESCRIPTION
Working within a high-end environment, you will represent the MAX&MOI House as a sales advisor, with excellent sales and interpersonal skills.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will contribute to the store's revenue performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:

• Advise and build loyalty among our local and international clientele
• Present the products and the House's world to customers
• Identify customer needs
• Proactively contribute ideas on the product offering
• Close sales
• Contribute to developing the brand image by delivering a unique, prestigious service in line with management guidelines
• Ensure the store is well maintained (merchandising, cleanliness…) in accordance with House standards
• Ability to handle store opening and closing
• Drive revenue growth and performance indicators

CANDIDATE PROFILE
You have significant experience in the luxury, fashion, and high-end retail sector. References required.
You understand the codes of luxury and are passionate about fashion and trends. You have solid knowledge of fabrics and cuts.
You are dynamic, committed, enthusiastic, versatile, and enjoy teamwork.
Fluency in Swiss German is essential.
Impeccable presentation and flawless spoken communication are required for this position.
Fixed-term or permanent contract depending on profile, full-time position offered. Details to be defined during the interview with the Regional Manager.
