Combining strategic leadership with a strong customer focus, you will drive profitable growth, strengthen long-term customer relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will play an important role in shaping our commercial success while helping customers accelerate the transition to a more sustainable and electrified future. /p pThe working model is: LI-Hybrid /p pbYour main responsibilities will be: /b /pullipLead, coach, and develop the local Panel Builders sales team, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture and ensuring strong market coverage across all regions of Switzerland. /p /lilipDrive profitable growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales, market segmentation, and pricing strategies aligned with ABB’s business objectives. /p /lilipBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the entire sales process. /p /lilipCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product marketing, operations, and other stakeholders to support business success, while coordinating sales information flow, providing accurate forecasts and market insights, and managing commercial and contractual risks. /p /li /ul pbWhat we're looking for: /b /pullipBachelor's degree or similar in a technical field (preferably Electrical Engineering) with minimum 3 years of successful sales leadership background with a proven track record in the Swiss market. /p /lilipDemonstrated people leadership experience and solid cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across functions and organizational levels. /p /lilipGood technical knowledge of energy distribution and low-voltage switchgear or similar technical field.
