HVAC Estimator (m/f/d), Crissier/Fribourg

Responsibilities

• Analyse project feasibility and requirements (accuracy, options, risks, errors-)
• Plan price studies and technical studies of projects
• Prepare technical and planning reports
• Study and propose technical and economic variants
• Collaborate with specialists and contractors
• Manage consultants during study and development phases
• Transmit the study and methodology planned for acquired projects to Site Managers and/or Project Managers
• Ensure project compliance with current laws and standards (SIA standards, AEAI directives)
• Provide technical support to Site Managers and/or Project Managers during execution
• Participate in clarification and pre-award meetings
• Update the price library and ensure technical and regulatory monitoring

You bring

• Civil engineering degree, Site Manager diploma and/or Federal Foreman Certificate, qualified contractor
• Proven experience in offer calculation in Switzerland
• Very strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, ventilation
• Computer literacy (MS suite, especially Excel, Word-)
• Good command of Sanitary Snap / Messerli
• Flexibility, autonomy
• Solution-oriented, precise and methodical
