We therefore welcome applications regardless of race, ethnicity or cultural background, age, gender, nationality, religion, social class, disability or sexual orientation, or any other characteristics protected under applicable local laws and regulations. /p h3Job purpose/role /h3 pAs part of our growth journey and the onboarding of future new investments, we currently have an open vacancy to join our tax department as a Tax (Senior) Advisor. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide tax advice to local colleagues and/or Group Tax with respect to investment transactions related to Luxembourg platforms, across a wide range of alternative asset classes, including private debt, real estate, infrastructure and renewables (Luxembourg corporate tax and VAT matters, with support from the local head of tax) /li liCoordinate the preparation of tax provisions, tax computations, and review tax compliance obligations for Luxembourg entities within Pillar 2 scope /li liCoordinate Pillar 2 and CbCR discussions with Group Tax, Global tax functions, accounting teams, and service providers /li liSupport the Head of Tax in strengthening internal compliance processes and anticipating Pillar 2 impacts /li liSupport the creation of automated processes for managing tax obligations /li liHandle discussions with statutory auditors, contact with local and foreign tax administrations /li liEnsure good corporate governance of the entities /li /ul h3Key requirements/skills/ experience /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Tax, Finance, Law or similar /li li5 to 7 years of tax experience in Luxembourg /li liStrong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate tax law and compliance obligations /li liGood knowledge of Pillar 2 and CbCR /li liFluency in English; German or French is an asset /li liStrong organizational skills, dynamic, collaborative as well as proactivity /li liAbility to work autonomously and as part of a team /li liAbility to liaise confidently with various stakeholders /li liGood understanding of basic tax and finance topics (IFRS, tax provisions, liquidity forecast, FX and transaction closings) /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liOur buddy program, a welcome event and a structured onboarding to help you get started with AIM /li liA broad range of learning opportunities will help you staying relevant in your current role and growing into future workplace demands /li liAn open and international working environment with a diverse and inclusive culture will inspire your everyday work.
