ph3Your Team /h3 pPictet Tech designs and integrates software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services. /p h3Workplace Audio-Visual Team /h3 pThe Workplace Audio-Visual team leads and ensures the global management of audiovisual environments across the Group, delivering simplicity of use, high service quality and alignment with defined standards, while enabling data‑driven decision‑making. /p h3Your Role /h3 ul liEnsure global alignment with established audiovisual standards. /li liOversee collaboration environments (conference rooms, hybrid spaces). /li liDeliver a seamless, simple and efficient user experience. /li liEnsure effective management of AV equipment and services across the Group. /li liDrive adoption and evolution of standards across international entities. /li liLead premium environments including auditorium, executive spaces and recording studios. /li liImplement tools for service management, monitoring and performance tracking. /li liDefine and own a comprehensive AV performance framework (utilization, occupancy, adoption, uptime, incidents, satisfaction). /li liTrack, analyze and report AV and workplace usage metrics to senior leadership. /li liLeverage data to continuously improve workspace design and technology adoption. /li liEnsure high levels of service quality and availability. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liProven experience in corporate audiovisual and workplace environments. /li liStrong strategic, analytical and organizational capabilities. /li liAbility to translate data into business insights and decision‑making. /li liUser‑centric mindset with focus on simplicity and efficiency. /li liExperience in multi‑site, international environments. /li liLeadership and stakeholder management skills. /li liFluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory). /li /ul h3Diversity Inclusion /h3 pPictet is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
