Join the market leader!br/Work in an international and dynamic environment, share our success! /b /p h3Head of Information Security (100%) /h3 pbYour contribution /b /p pAs Head of Information Security, you will lead and develop Tecan’s IT (Cyber) Security domain, ensuring robust protection against internal and external threats. You’ll drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT security strategies, guidelines, and solutions. Collaborating across the business, you’ll define and govern IT security measures, support all IT teams, and partner with external stakeholders. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine, own and continuously evolve Tecan's global Information Security and Cyber Security strategy aligned with business objectives. /li liLead and develop the Information Security organization, including people leadership, budgeting, vendor management and capability development. /li liOwn the corporate Information Security Management System (ISMS) and maintain ISO 27001 certification across the organization. /li liEstablish enterprise-wide cyber risk management, security governance, policies, standards and security metrics. /li liAdvise the CIO, executive leadership and senior stakeholders on cyber risks, security strategy and regulatory requirements. /li liDrive security architecture and ensure security‑by‑design across infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications and digital transformation initiatives. /li liOversee Security Operations, Threat Detection, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management and Cyber Resilience capabilities. /li liOwn Identity Access Management, Privileged Access Management and Zero Trust initiatives. /li liEnsure compliance with applicable regulations and standards (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, CRA and industry requirements). /li liDefine the security roadmap and investment portfolio while balancing business enablement and cyber risk. /li liManage strategic relationships with external partners, auditors and security service providers. /li liPromote a strong security culture through awareness, governance and executive engagement. /li /ul h3Your background /h3 pWe’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work. /p ul liMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field. /li li10+ years of Information Security experience, including leadership responsibilities. /li liProven experience leading enterprise Information Security organisations within an international environment. /li liDemonstrated experience establishing and operating ISO 27001 certified Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). /li liStrong understanding of enterprise cyber risk management and governance. /li liExperience presenting security strategy and risk to executive management and Boards. /li liDeep knowledge of cloud security (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365), Identity Access Management and Zero Trust architectures. /li liExperience managing Security Operations, Incident Response and Cyber Crisis Management. /li liFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks including ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, CIS Controls, NIST CSF and Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). /li liStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liProfessional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, CRISC are highly desirable. /li liFluent English required; German is an advantage. /li /ul h3What makes working at Tecan unique /h3 pThe chance to make it count and to have an impact on the world of tomorrow. /p ul liWorking in an international and diverse environment. /li liThe chance to grow your career within the company. /li liFeel empowered by our strong and unique company culture. /li liComprehensive compensation and benefits package. /li /ul pbJoin Tecan, a great place to work! /b Read about our recent certification from Great Place to Work. /p pWe’re looking forward to receiving your application online.
