Manager, TechOps Finance

ppAs a member of the Finance team, the Finance Business Partner supports TechOps by providing financial insights, analysis, and decision support to enable effective operational and strategic decision‑making. /ppThe role partners with TechOps leadership to drive financial planning, performance management, and value delivery, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support business objectives. /ph3Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities /h3ulliProvide forward looking financial insights and recommendations to TechOps leadership, supporting and influencing decision‑making on performance, risks, and priorities. /liliLead financial analysis to address complex financial and operational challenges, translating cross‑functional insights into actionable business recommendations .Support business cases, project evaluation, and cost/value optimization, navigating ambiguous scenarios with multiple drivers and incomplete data to drive performance and resource allocation. Deliver high‑quality financial materials and partner with stakeholders to drive performance steering and accountability. /liliDrive planning cycles (budget, forecast, outlook), ensuring alignment with operational priorities and financial targets. /liliPerform financial modeling, variance analysis and challenge assumptions to improve forecast accuracy and identify risks and opportunities. /liliSupport medium- and long‑term strategic planning. /li /ulh3Performance KPI Analysis /h3ulliMonitor key financial and operational KPIs, providing clear performance insights to support decision‑making. /liliDevelop concise, insight‑driven dashboards and reporting focused on business relevance and usability. /liliEnsure data integrity and consistent financial reporting, supporting continuous improvement and standardization. /liliPartner effectively with TechOps, FPA, and Finance teams to drive alignment, communication, and execution of key initiatives. /liliLead financial workflows or projects with TechOps; /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3h3Education /h3ulliBachelor-s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other Business related discipline /liliCPA/CA or MBA a plus /li /ulh3Experience /h3ulli5+ years of experience in various finance roles including, business partnering, financial planning, reporting, accounting operations or related fields, including experience in the biopharmaceutical or manufacturing sector /liliExperience with using dashboarding and visualization software (e.g. PowerBi) is preferable /liliExperience supporting manufacturing, operations, or project‑based functions, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry. /li /ulh3Competencies /h3ulliStrong organizational and stakeholder management skills /liliExcellent communication (written and verbal) /liliStrong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities /liliAbility to translate complex data into actionable insights /liliStrong project and priority management skills /liliHigh attention to detail and data accuracy /liliStrong business and financial acumen /liliAbility to work independently, drive results, and operate in ambiguity /li /ulpCSL Behring is a global biotherapeutics leader driven by our promise to save lives.
