Our focus is on providing legal advice to the Bank’s various business units (incl. intermediaries segment) and Relationship Managers in cross-border market access, product developmentdistribution ensuring that growth remains fully aligned with legal and regulatory requirements. /p h3bYOUR CHALLENGE /b /h3 ul lipAdvise on cross-border regulatory requirements affecting market access, including licensing, passporting, and local product registration regimes /p /li lipSupport the Risk Type Owner Cross-Border through legal analysis and contribution to risk assessments, controls, and governance frameworks /p /li lipDevelop and maintain group-level policies and country guidelines and product offering guidelines for cross-border distribution /p /li lipCoordinate with external legal counsel across jurisdictions to assess admissibility and compliance of activities abroad /p /li lipMonitor relevant legal and regulatory changes and translate them into actionable steps for the business /p /li lipParticipate in strategic projects and internal committees requiring deep legal/regulatory expertise in private banking contexts /p /li lipDeliver clear, practical guidance and training materials tailored to diverse stakeholder needs /p /li /ul h3bYOUR PROFILE /b /h3 ul lipMaster’s degree in Law; admission to the bar in Switzerland or an EU country is an asset /p /li lip4–6 years of professional experience in financial services law, ideally gained in a top-tier law firm or bank /p /li lipSolid understanding of banking and financial services regulations (e.g. MiFID II, FinSA/FinIA) /p /li lipDemonstrated interest and capability in addressing multi-jurisdictional legal challenges /p /li lipStructured, solution-oriented, and able to bridge legal analysis with business realities /p /li lipExceptional communication skills in English (written and spoken); German is an asset /p /li lipProactive, collaborative, and capable of driving outcomes in matrixed environments /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
