You will gain hands-on experience across the full deal lifecycle, with a steep learning curve and direct exposure to clients and transaction stakeholders. /p pTo reinforce our growing TCF team in Zurich, with a particular focus on MA, we are currently looking for an MA (Senior) Consultant. /p ppbYour key responsibilities /b /p /p liPrepare and review key transaction deliverables, including information memoranda, teasers, process materials, management presentations and other client-facing materials. /li liPerform and review company financial models and valuations using market multiples, precedent transactions, DCF analyses and other valuation methodologies. /li liSupport and execute MA transactions from origination through closing, managing workstreams and coordinating and interacting with internal and external stakeholders (, clients, lawyers). /li liConduct industry, market and company analyses to support strategic decision-making and transaction execution. /li liDevelop target identification and buyer screening analyses, including long lists and short lists. /li liParticipate in and coordinate due diligence processes, identify key findings and translate them into actionable recommendations. /li liExecute multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to tight deadlines. /li liSupport business development initiatives, including pitch preparation and proposal development. /li ppbWhat we look for /b /p /p liMaster’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field, with a strong academic record. /li li2–4 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within MA, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Deal Advisory or Private Equity. /li liDemonstrated experience in executing transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and stakeholder management. /li liAbility to engage in client and buyer communications and take ownership across the transaction cycle. /li liAbility to show initiate and support several transactions in parallel. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German; French is considered a strong asset, with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely.
