With operations across Switzerland, Italy, France, the United Kingdom and additional international markets, our companies combine strong local heritage with a shared entrepreneurial ambition to create delightful food experiences for customers around the world. /p pTo support our transformation journey and further strengthen sustainability across the Group, we are looking for a /p h3bGroup ESG Director (f/m/d) 80–100% /b /h3 h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the development and continuous refinement of the Group ESG strategy aligned with the strategic pillars People, Planet, Products and Practices /li liTranslate ESG ambitions into clear priorities, governance structures, KPIs and execution roadmaps across countries and functions /li liDrive the Group’s ESG governance framework and prepare discussions for the ESG Committee, Sustainability Steering Committee and other decision-making bodies /li liEnsure ESG reporting readiness, including CSRD/ESRS alignment, KPI governance, data quality and assurance requirements /li liCoordinate Group-wide sustainability initiatives relating to climate, energy, water, waste, responsible sourcing, packaging, human rights, health safety and business conduct /li liPartner closely with Operations, Procurement, RD, Marketing, Commercial, HR, Finance, Legal, Quality and EHS to embed ESG into business decisions and day‑to‑day operations /li liSupport local ESG teams through standards, tools, guidance, capability building and issue resolution /li liRepresent IDAK in relevant ESG forums and maintain relationships with customers, certification bodies, consultants and external stakeholders /li liLead hands‑on execution where required, particularly during transformation phases and strategic initiatives /li liBuild and continuously evolve the future ESG operating model across the Group, supporting integration, growth and long‑term value creation /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field /li liOver 10 years of experience in ESG, Sustainability, Strategy, Transformation, Operations, Consulting or related business leadership roles /li liStrong understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting requirements, including CSRD, ESRS, GRI, SBTi, EcoVadis and responsible business principles /li liExperience in international and multi‑site environments, ideally within manufacturing or food industries /li liProven ability to translate strategy into practical implementation through governance, KPIs and cross‑functional workstreams /li liStrong stakeholder management skills, including exposure to executive leadership, Board‑level stakeholders and external partners /li liExperience working across Operations, Procurement, RD, Marketing, HR, Finance, Legal, Quality and EHS functions /li liAbility to bring clarity and structure in complex and evolving environments /li liExcellent communication and influencing skills in English, both written and verbal /li liFrench, German and/or Italian are an advantage /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liA unique opportunity to shape and lead the sustainability agenda of a rapidly growing international food group /li liA highly visible leadership role with direct impact on strategic decision‑making and business performance /li liThe chance to build ESG capabilities and governance structures across multiple countries and production sites /li liA dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where sustainability is a key pillar of long‑term value creation /li liCollaboration with experienced business leaders and international teams across the Group /li liA central Group role based in Spreitenbach with exposure to international stakeholders, manufacturing sites and industry forums across Europe /li liCompetitive employment conditions and opportunities for personal growth and professional development /li /ul pHave we sparked your interest?
