Stellenbeschreibungph3Overview /h3 pWe build and operate the internal platform that enables our teams to ship reliable and secure services. As a platform engineer, you’ll take ownership of key platform components, drive automation, and improve reliability through strong operational practices. Join our team and defend the digital future with us! /p h3Your tasks /h3 ul liDesign, implement, and evolve infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible and operate core platform components (virtualization, compute, foundational services) with a production-first mindset. /li liDrive reliability improvements through monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning (alerts on symptoms, not just outages). /li liPlan and execute maintenance and upgrades (patching, hardening, change planning, rollback strategies) aligned with security and compliance requirements. /li liParticipate in incident response and on‑call rotation; lead troubleshooting, coordinate escalation, and contribute to post‑incident improvements. /li liCollaborate across teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities (CI/CD foundations, availability, performance, developer experience). /li liRaise the bar on documentation: runbooks, operational guides, and decision records explaining the “why” (not only the “what”). /li /ul h3Your Skills /h3 ul liSolid hands‑on experience in platform/infra/DevOps. /li liStrong Linux administration skills and good networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, OSI, etc.). /li liStrong automation skills with Python or Go plus shell scripting; you write maintainable tools (logging, safe defaults, testing mindset). /li liProven experience with Terraform and Ansible in production (idempotency, reusable modules/roles, reviewable changes, state discipline). /li liCI/CD experience with GitLab (pipelines, runners, artifacts, secrets handling) and Git‑based workflows (merge requests, reviews, branching). /li liOperational excellence: you troubleshoot systematically, reduce toil with automation, and improve reliability over time. /li liComfortable working within an ISMS / regulated environment and applying security best practices by default. /li liFluency in French and good English (min.
