You will lead infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, workplace technology, and IT operations while building a robust foundation that enables engineering, production, and business teams to move fast and operate securely. This is a leadership role for someone who can combine strategic vision with hands‑on execution and who enjoys building systems that scale with ambitious growth. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liDefine and execute the global IT strategy aligned with the company's growthobjectivesand operational needs /li liLead and develop the IT organization across multiple locations, fostering a culture of ownership, service excellence, and continuous improvement /li liOwn all corporate IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud environments, endpoints, collaboration tools, and workplace technologies /li liEnsure high availability, reliability, and security of all IT systems supporting engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions /li liDevelop andmaintaincybersecurity policies, standards, and controls to protect company assets and sensitive information /li liManage enterprise applications and business systems, ensuring effective integration, performance, and user adoption /li liOversee IT service management, support operations, incident response, and problem resolution across the organization /li liLead infrastructure projects including site expansions, office openings, manufacturing facilities, network deployments, and technology upgrades /li liManage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners /li liEstablish governance, asset management, disaster recovery, business continuity, and compliance frameworks /li liDefine and manage IT budgets, investments, and technology roadmaps to support long-term scalability /li liPartner closely with Engineering, Production, Finance, HR, and Operations teams to understand business needs and deliver practical technology solutions /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's orMaster's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field /li li10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles within complex and fast‑paced environments /li liStrong experience managing enterprise infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and IT operations /li liProventrack recordleading multi‑site and international IT environments /li liExperience supporting manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, or high‑technology organizations is highly desirable /li liStrong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise security solutions /li liExperience managing IT vendors, contracts, budgets, and service level agreements /li liKnowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning /li liStrong project management and change management capabilities /li liExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders /li liExperience supporting enterprise applications such as ERP, PLM, HRIS, and collaboration platforms is a plus /li liEnglish isa must /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
