This isn’t about managing the largest global accounts. It’s about developing people, driving customer excellence and creating an environment where Project Managers can do their best work. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liLead, coach and develop a team of Project Managers /li liAct as the first point of escalation for customers and internal stakeholders /li liImprove project management practices and ways of working /li liWork closely with Operations, Sales and technical teams /li liHelp shape a customer‑centric culture within a growing organisation /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 pYou’ll probably recognise yourself in most of these: /p ul liA scientific background within Pharma, Biotech, CRO or CDMO /li liExperience leading projects in a GMP environment /li liFirst‑line leadership experience, or a strong track record of coaching technical teams /li liConfidence working with customers and senior stakeholders /li liSomeone who enjoys developing people just as much as delivering projects /li /ul pLeadership isn’t always about a bigger title.
