Are you ready to make a difference with us? /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive Sales Performance at the Boutique /li liBe an exceptional ambassador for TAG Heuer, immersing clients, partners and employees in the world of TAG Heuer at our manufacture to drive sales /li liManage boutique activations through events and develop initiatives to drive client traffic to the manufacture /li liCollaborate closely with the Heritage team and internal stakeholders in La Chaux-de-Fonds to ensure maximum engagement and provide exceptional visits to clients, partners and employees /li liAchieve individual and boutique sales targets through expert selling techniques /li liManage internal sales for TAG Heuer staff within the HQ boutique /li liDevelop Client Relationships with Unforgetable Visits /li liBuild indelible client connections through exceptional tours of the museum and manufacture /li liWork closely with the hospitality team to ensure seamless execution of visits /li liBuild strong relationships with TAG Heuer’s most valued clientsto provide an exceptional experience in partnership with the clienteling team and regional markets/partners /li liCommunicate the TAG Heuer story and brand values with enthusiasm at the highest level /li liEngage with wholesale and boutique staff in other regions to help strengthen client relationships /li liStay up to date on industry trends, news, and relevant social media channelsto enhance engagement with clients /li liEnsure Operational Excellence /li liOversee daily boutique operations in coordination with management /li liFoster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment /li liEnsure boutique maintenance and compliance with internal policies in collaboration with the General Services team /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liMinimum 2 years of experience in the luxury industry, ideally watchmaking /li liUnrivaled passion for TAG Heuer and the watchmaking industry /li liStrong sales and client service track record /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in French and English is required, and additional languages are a plus /li liProven clienteling ability and customer focus /li liHigh commercial awareness and attention to detail /li liProficient with retail/CRM tools (e.g., CEGID, Salesforce) /li liExcellent personal presentation /li /ul h3Additional information /h3 pPlease note that this Boutique Manager position is based at TAG Heuer’s headquarters.
