Restaurant Manager for "Le Grand Hall" (m/f/d)

ph3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLeading the service team in Le Grand Hall, our iconic all-day dining venue and lounge, you will have operational responsibility for one of our hotel's signature dining venues, serving among other things authentic Indian cuisine and specialities from our pastry kitchen. /li liDaily restaurant operations, including table allocation and guest flow, will fall under your responsibility, ensuring both outstanding service and optimal operational performance. /li liCreating memorable guest experiences through warm hospitality and personalised service will be at the heart of your role. /li liWorking closely with the Executive Chef, Bar team and other departments, you will maintain the highest standards in food and beverage presentation and service delivery. /li liYou will take ownership of recruiting, developing and managing the service team, ensuring the highest levels of engagement, performance and service excellence. /li liClose collaboration with the Events team and other hotel departments will ensure the smooth execution of private functions and special occasions hosted in Le Grand Hall. /li liSupporting management with operational reporting, cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting will contribute to the ongoing success of the outlet. /li /ul h3What You Bring To The Job /h3 ul liSeveral years of management experience within a luxury restaurant or five‑star hotel, ideally in a Restaurant Manager or comparable leadership role. /li liA natural leader with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop teams while creating a positive and professional working environment. /li liA confident, polished and service-oriented personality, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liA genuine passion for luxury hospitality and delivering personalised guest experiences of the highest standard. /li liStrong organisational skills, sound commercial awareness and the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment. /li liFluency in English is essential.
