We favor code and demos over lengthy discussions. /li liUse AI tools thoughtfully and responsibly, understanding when they help and when engineering judgment matters more. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pWe’re looking for engineers with strong software engineering fundamentals and a passion for building reliable, scalable systems. /p ul liStrong software engineering fundamentals, with experience designing, building, testing, and operating production software. /li liExperience developing production software in bGo /b, or strong experience in another modern programming language with the ability and enthusiasm to become productive in Go. /li liExperience building distributed systems and microservices in cloud environments (preferably AWS). /liliSolid understanding of modern software engineering practices, including Git, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability. /li liExperience with technologies similar to our stack, including Docker, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, AWS, GitHub Actions, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and gRPC. /li liComfortable using AI‑assisted development tools to enhance productivity while maintaining sound engineering judgement and high code quality. /li liStrong ownership mindset, with the ability to take features and services from design through to production and operational support. /li liProfessional proficiency in English.
