They are recognized for their commitment to quality, engineering excellence, and continuous product innovation. /ph3Job Description /h3ulliLead the definition and evolution of electronic product specifications. /liliDrive hardware architecture decisions and technical design reviews. /liliReview electronic schematics and PCB layouts for performance, EMC, and electrical safety compliance. /liliDefine and improve firmware specifications and contribute to embedded C/C++ development activities. /liliTranslate product requirements into verification and validation strategies. /liliDevelop test plans, methodologies, and acceptance criteria. /liliExecute and oversee verification and validation activities in compliance with quality management processes. /liliLead PCBA transfer and industrialization projects with internal teams and external suppliers. /liliManage supplier collaboration and support quality process implementation for electronic assemblies. /liliDefine electronics manufacturing and test strategies, including ICT and FCT solutions. /liliIdentify technical risks, drive mitigation plans, and resolve complex engineering challenges. /liliCoordinate stakeholders across RD, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Service, and Product Management to ensure successful project delivery. /li /ulh3The Successful Applicant /h3ulliUniversity degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline. /liliMinimum 10 years of experience in electronic product development. /liliStrong background in hardware, firmware, and system-level design. /liliExperience developing products from concept through market launch in regulated environments. /liliSolid knowledge of verification and validation methodologies. /liliProven expertise in electrical safety and EMC standards. /liliExperience leading electronics industrialization and PCBA transfer activities. /liliKnowledge of supplier quality management and electronics manufacturing processes. /liliFamiliarity with embedded firmware development in C/C++. /liliStrong project leadership and stakeholder management skills. /liliExcellent communication skills in multicultural and cross-functional environments. /liliFluent English; additional languages are considered an asset. /li /ulh3What’s on Offer /h3ulliOpportunity to lead complex and high-impact electronic development projects from concept to production. /liliCollaborative international environment with exposure to multidisciplinary engineering teams. /liliChallenging technical role offering autonomy, visibility, and long-term professional growth. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
