This position is pivotal to our mission of providing a seamless, secure, and scalable experience on our platform. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnhance and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable AWS cloud environments and services /li liManage and prioritize tasks in the cloud infrastructure backlog to address immediate needs and plan long‑term improvements /li liSet up infrastructure monitoring and observability solutions, proactively addressing availability, performance or security issues /li liLearn the current infrastructure and take ownership of day to day cloud operational tasks and activities /li liAssess new technologies, systems, and services for production readiness, ensuring seamless and stable integration /li liPrepare and maintain documentation on cloud processes, procedures, and architectures to ensure clear understanding and team‑wide knowledge /li liApply AWS Well‑Architected Framework principles to evaluate and optimize our current infrastructure /li liContribute in out of office hour cloud deployments once or twice a month /li liConduct POCs (proof of concepts) on new AWS services, third‑party tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement in our infrastructure /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liA demonstrated entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving /li liA university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field /li li3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services in a professional setting /li liProficiency with core AWS services, including IAM, S3, KMS, RDS, VPC, ECS, EC2, and more /li liExperience working with multi‑account and multi‑region AWS production environment setups and using IaaC to manage them /li liStrong hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, preferably Terraform /li liScripting experience with one or more languages, such as Python, Bash, or Node.js /li liGood knowledge of cloud security principles and services, such as AWS WAF, GuardDuty, Config and CloudTrail /li liFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools preferably GitLab /li liExperience with software version control and Git /li liStrong understanding of cloud networking concepts, including VPC, VPC Peering, Subnets, and Load Balancing /li liFamiliarity with monitoring and observability tools for cloud environments, such as Grafana, Prometheus, OpenSearch, and the ELK stack /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges /li liA genuine interest in staying updated with new AWS services and features, integrating advancements into the cloud environment /li liAbility to work well in a flexible, startup environment, taking initiative to establish new processes when necessary /li liExcellent verbal and written English communication skills /li liGood listening skills /li liFamiliarity with industry best practices in cloud architecture principles /li liAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting /li liAvailability to work during Central European Time (CET) business hours /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liA chance to be part of an exceptional team driving innovation in healthcare /li liA competitive salary in a supportive work environment that fosters work‑life balance /li liOpportunities for professional growth and development in an international setting /li liA culture of collaboration and inclusion, which is fundamental to our ethos /li liOccasional travel to our HQ in Switzerland, immersing you in our core operations and company culture /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
