Working closely with Club Management, internal colleagues and external suppliers, we coordinate maintenance, repairs, compliance activities and continuous improvements across a growing national club portfolio. As Facility Management Technician, you will be a key field-based member of the team, with a primary focus on the Romandie and regular assignments in German-speaking Switzerland. The role involves daily travel between club locations. /ppAs our Facilities Technician, you will provide hands-on technical support to PureGym clubs, primarily across French-speaking Switzerland and partly in German-speaking Switzerland, ensuring safe, functional and well-maintained facilities through repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections and technical troubleshooting. /ppYour Main Responsibilities: /plipCarry out minor repairs to Fitness equipment, doors, sanitary installations, furniture, changing rooms, showers and general club areas /p /lilipComplete preventive maintenance, technical troubleshooting and regular club inspections /p /lilipProcess and update work orders in the digital ticketing system (ServiceChannel) /p /lilipIdentify defects and escalate recurring or safety-critical issues /p /lilipInspect and document portable electrical appliances after appropriate training and authorisation /p /lilipSupport checks relating to water hygiene, emergency lighting, fire safety, escape routes and operational safety /p /lilipCoordinate smaller supplier visits and review completed works on site /p /lilipSupport new openings, refurbishments, technical handovers and smaller projects /p /lilipTransport tools, spare parts and smaller materials between clubs /p /lilipMaintain the company vehicle, tools, testing devices and stock responsibly /p /lipWhat You Can Expect: /plipA varied, field-based role with a high level of independence /p /lilipA fully equipped company vehicle, tools and testing equipment /p /lilipTechnical training and development opportunities /p /lilipDirect impact on club operations and member experience /p /lilipNo on-call duty /p /lilipSalary and benefits will be discussed with interested candidates in an initial phone call with HR /p /lipbThe Person /b /plipCompleted vocational training in a technical or trade profession, such as caretaker, plumber, painter, mechanic or equivalent /p /lilipPractical experience in repairs, maintenance or building operations /p /lilipGood hands-on skills and a basic understanding of building services and technical building systems /p /lilipWillingness to undertake training for portable electrical appliance inspections /p /lilipConfident use of smartphones, tablets and digital ticketing systems /p /lilipIndependent, structured and solution-oriented working style /p /lilipReliable, service-oriented and accurate when documenting work /p /lilipDaily travel is required across Switzerland; residence in the Romandie or the canton of Bern or Fribourg is an advantage /p /lipbLanguages /b /plipFluent French, written and spoken, is mandatory /p /lilipGood working knowledge of either English or German is required /p /lipbDriving Licence /b /plipValid category B driving licence is mandatory /p /lilipWillingness to use a company vehicle for assignments across Switzerland /p /lipPlease apply with an bEnglish /b CV! /ppbJoin us on our mission is to bring high quality, affordable fitness to everyone, everywhere. /b /ppPureGym is proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
