Senior Product Development Engineer

As a Senior Product Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of dental implant solutions. Your primary focus will be leading technical projects and taking full responsibility for developing products according to the company’s Design Control Process and compatibly to the Idea to Market process. pbResponsibilities /b /pliDesign and develop products according to the company’s Design Control and Idea to Market processes. Plan, perform and coordinate design verification and validation activities. /liliEnsure all required specifications and related documentation are in place in due time and quality to assure early milestone achievement. /liliBe the overall responsible for the timely completion in a cross-functional team of the documentation for the development of a new product as per Design Control and Risk Management processes. /liliManage external partners, suppliers, and KOLs in relation to assigned development activities. /liliIdentify patentable designs and file patents in cooperation with the company’s IP department. /liliIdentify process and product improvements and support improvement requests for other departments. /liliContinuously report to line and project manager achievements and escalates challenges in a timely manner. /lipbJob Requirements: /b /ppbKnowledge and Qualifications /b /pliStrong technical background (BSc, MSc or equivalent) in relevant field (e.g. biomedical or mechanical engineering). /liliFurther education in Medical Technology or Business Administration is a plus. /liliFluent in English (spoken and written), German is an asset. /lipbCompetencies /b /pliStrong analytical skills and result orientation with interest in innovation and new technology. /liliAnalyzes issues and breaks them down.
