Aufgaben

Planning, executing and managing audits within specified time frames and budgets and in line with GIA standards / Assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls designed to address key risks / Discussing audit findings with the auditee and writing effective audit reports / Providing practical, innovative, and value-adding solutions to audit issues identified / Monitoring resolution of audit issues and effective implementation of management actions / Establishing strong work relationships with auditees and other control groups (Mid Office, Risk, Product Control and Compliance) / Staying up-to-date with industrial and regulatory changes and assessing impact to business processes and the audit plan.

Qualifikation

Master or Bachelor in economics or business / CIA, CPA advantageous / Experience as a senior internal auditor in the Private Banking or Investment Banking area / Supporting functions in Mid Office, Risk or Product Control with good knowledge and understanding of related key risks and controls / Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build sustainable partnerships with management / Ability to present business or risk issues concisely / Understanding of Swiss and international regulatory requirements and interest in future developments / Ability to work as a team player and innovative mindset / Strong analytical and excellent communication skills / German as well as English.
