The role partners with TechOps leadership to drive financial planning, performance management, and value delivery, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support business objectives. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide forward looking financial insights and recommendations to TechOps leadership, supporting and influencing decision‑making on performance, risks, and priorities. /liliLead financial analysis to address complex financial and operational challenges, translating cross‑functional insights into actionable business recommendations. /liliSupport business cases, project evaluation, and cost/value optimization, navigating ambiguous scenarios with multiple drivers and incomplete data to drive performance and resource allocation. /liliDeliver high‑quality financial materials and partner with stakeholders to drive performance steering and accountability. /liliDrive planning cycles (budget, forecast, outlook), ensuring alignment with operational priorities and financial targets. /liliPerform financial modeling, variance analysis and challenge assumptions to improve forecast accuracy and identify risks and opportunities. /liliSupport medium‑ and long‑term strategic planning. /liliMonitor key financial and operational KPIs, providing clear performance insights to support decision‑making. /liliDevelop concise, insight‑driven dashboards and reporting focused on business relevance and usability. /liliEnsure data integrity and consistent financial reporting, supporting continuous improvement and standardization. /liliPartner effectively with TechOps, FPA, and Finance teams to drive alignment, communication, and execution of key initiatives. /liliLead financial workflows or projects with TechOps; drive continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business‑related discipline. CPA/CA or MBA is a plus. /liliExperience: 5+ years in various finance roles including business partnering, financial planning, reporting, accounting operations or related fields, with experience in biopharmaceutical or manufacturing sectors. /liliExperience with dashboarding and visualization software such as Power BI. /liliExperience supporting manufacturing, operations, or project‑based functions within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life‑sciences industry. /liliCompetencies: Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills; Excellent communication (written and verbal); Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities; Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights; Strong project and priority management skills; High attention to detail and data accuracy; Strong business and financial acumen; Ability to work independently, drive results, and operate in ambiguity. /li /ulh3Company Overview /h3pCSL Behring is a global biotherapeutics leader driven by our promise to save lives.
