The expert in-house team is on hand to create truly one-off experiences from hiking and heliskiing to lavish feasts prepared by a private chef. /p h3Mission /h3 ullipEnsure the impeccable cleanliness and presentation of guest suites, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas within the private chalet. /p /lilipPerform daily housekeeping services, including cleaning, servicing guest areas, and turndown service according to the property’s luxury standards. /p /lilipPrepare rooms and amenities according to guests’ preferences and specific requirements. /p /lilipMaintain the highest level of attention to detail when caring for luxury furnishings, materials, and interior finishes. /p /lilipEnsure guest areas are always clean, organized, and perfectly presented. /p /lilipAssist with VIP arrivals, special setups, and personalized guest requests. /p /lilipReport any maintenance issues, damages, or guest preferences to the Head Housekeeper. /p /lilipHandle guest belongings with the utmost care, discretion, and respect. /p /lilipMaintain and organize housekeeping supplies, linen, and amenities. /p /lilipSupport the Housekeeping team with daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of the chalet. /p /lilipEnsure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures. /p /lilipMaintain confidentiality and discretion regarding guests and their private information. /p /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ullipPrevious experience as a Housekeeping Attendant, Room Attendant or similar role within luxury hotels, private villas, chalets, yachts, or high-end residences. /p /lilipStrong knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards and attention to detail. /p /lilipUnderstanding of the expectations and requirements of high-end clientele. /p /lilipExperience handling luxury materials, fine furnishings, and delicate finishes is an asset. /p /lilipFluent in French and English; additional languages are appreciated. /p /lilipImpeccable presentation, discretion, and professional attitude. /p /lilipMeticulous, reliable, and service-oriented. /p /lilipProactive and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. /p /lilipFlexible and available according to operational requirements and guest needs. /p /lilipStrong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering exceptional service. /p /li /ul
