h3About us /h3 pUltima Promenade Gstaad is an expansive eight-bedroom chalet, once belonging to Prince Karim Aga Khan IV, inviting groups of up to 20 to experience a new benchmark of Alpine luxury. Completely reimagined, the property now includes two spacious living rooms, a state of-the-art kitchen, private cinema and spa. The expert in-house team is on hand to create truly one-off experiences from hiking and heliskiing to lavish feasts prepared by a private chef. /p h3Mission /h3 ullipLead and supervise the Housekeeping team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. /p /lilipOrganize daily housekeeping operations within the private chalet, including task allocation, schedules, and service coordination. /p /lilipEnsure the impeccable cleanliness and presentation of all guest areas, suites, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces. /p /lilipOversee daily cleaning, turndown service, and personalized room preparations according to guests’ preferences and expectations. /p /lilipTrain, support, and motivate Housekeeping team members to consistently deliver luxury service standards. /p /lilipEnsure the proper care and handling of luxury materials, furnishings, artwork, and interior finishes. /p /lilipCoordinate closely with the Butler team, Chalet Manager, Property Manager, and other departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience. /p /lilipAnticipate guests’ needs and ensure a discreet, personalized, and attentive housekeeping service throughout their stay. /p /lilipManage housekeeping supplies, linen, amenities, and inventory levels. /p /lilipMonitor and report maintenance issues, damages, or guest preferences to the appropriate teams. /p /lilipOversee VIP arrivals, special setups, and specific guest requests. /p /lilipEnsure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures. /p /lilipMaintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding guests and their private information. /p /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ullipProven experience as a Head Housekeeper, Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Supervisor, or similar role within luxury hotels, private residences, villas, chalets, yachts, or high-end hospitality environments. /p /lilipPrevious experience managing and training a Housekeeping team. /p /lilipStrong knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards and private residence service expectations. /p /lilipExcellent understanding of the expectations and requirements of high-net-worth clientele. /p /lilipExperience with luxury materials, fine furnishings, and high-end property care is an asset. /p /lilipFluent in French and English; additional languages are highly appreciated. /p /lilipExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. /p /lilipImpeccable attention to detail, discretion, and professional presentation. /p /lilipProactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a private residence environment. /p /lilipFlexible and available according to guest requirements and operational needs. /p /lilipStrong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with Butler, Culinary, and Property teams. /p /li /ul
