Your Responsibilities
Partner with managers to identify learning needs and capability gaps across the business.
Design, develop and maintain engaging learning solutions, including digital and blended learning content.
Deliver and coordinate learning programmes, workshops and development initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Support leadership development through coaching, mentoring and career development activities.
Manage learning administration, including the Learning Management System (LMS), programme scheduling and learning records.
Evaluate learning effectiveness, analyse participation and feedback, and continuously improve learning solutions and processes.
Specific Requirements
Experience in Learning & Development, training coordination and talent development.
Knowledge of learning needs analysis, instructional design and adult learning principles.
Experience designing and delivering blended and digital learning solutions.
Ability to facilitate workshops and support coaching and mentoring initiatives.
Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft 365 and digital authoring tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.
