It is a hands-on application configuration role spanning all three upstream modules: Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP), Sourcing, and Contracts.br/br/The role translates business requirements and global process designs into live system configuration — including workflows, approval structures, and underlying logic that enable the platform to operate effectively. It requires a strong understanding of how SAP Ariba integrates with SAP S/4HANA to ensure seamless alignment within the broader system landscape, while working closely with the SAP integration team responsible for delivery.br/br/Alongside the system build, the role supports procurement and business stakeholders throughout the transformation, ensuring adoption and alignment with the newly designed processes.br/br/The role also operates in close alignment with evolving regulatory and riskbr/requirements, supporting the ramp-up of a global Source-to-Pay transformation and collaborating closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, TPRM, Outsourcing, Legal, and IT.ppbbYOUR CHALLENGE /b /b /p /plipTranslate business requirements and global process designs into robust SAP Ariba configuration /p /lilipConfigure workflows, approval structures, status models, and qualification logic across Supplier Lifecycle Performance, Sourcing, and Contracts /p /lilipEstablish the foundational platform configuration upon which subsequent build activities depend /p /lilipEnsure configuration aligns with SAP S/4HANA integration requirements, collaborating closely with the SAP integration team /p /lilipDefine and implement governance frameworks for supplier onboarding, use case management, and ongoing updates /p /lilipSupport procurement and business stakeholders throughout the transformation, ensuring understanding, alignment, and adoption of new processes /p /lilipDocument configuration standards, ensuring a consistent, scalable, and maintainable build /p /lilipAct as a subject matter expert on upstream Ariba configuration, supporting both delivery teams and stakeholders /p /lippbbYOUR PROFILE /b /b /p /plipbDeep, hands-on expertise across all three upstream SAP Ariba modules — Supplier Lifecycle Performance (preferred) , Sourcing, and Contracts — with proven capability across the full suite rather than a single domain /b /p /lilipDemonstrated experience translating business requirements and process designs into effective system configuration, including workflows, approval logic, and data models /p /lilipStrong understanding of bSAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA integration concepts /b, including data mapping, integration flows, and orchestration layers /p /lilipProven bexperience building SAP Ariba solutions from the ground up /b, rather than operating or maintaining existing configurations /p /lilipSolid understanding of supplier, sourcing, and contract data structures and their interaction across systems /p /lilipStrongb stakeholder engagement skills /b, with the ability to guide procurement and business teams through transformation and process change /p /lilipExperience within large-scale procurement or Source-to-Pay transformation programmes /p /lilipExposure to regulated environments with governance and compliance requirements /p /lilipHighly driven and accountable, taking ownership of delivery and proactively advancing the build /p /lilipHands-on and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced transformation environment. /p /lilipCurious and solutions-oriented, with the ability to quickly address new configuration challenges /p /lilipCollaborative and approachable, focused on delivering impact and supporting stakeholders effectively /p /lilipbSAP Ariba Certification in at least one upstream module (SLP, Sourcing, or Contracts), with multiple certifications strongly preferred /b /p /lilipbSAP Ariba Integration Certification /bor demonstrable experience with Ariba–S/4HANA integration architecture (advantageous) /p /lilipbSAP S/4HANA certification /b (Procurement or integration-related) /p /lilipRelevant process or transformation certifications (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or equivalent) /p /lilipFluent English is required /p /lipbThis is a back-end application configuration role and is not suited to candidates whose SAP Ariba experience is limited to front-end or end-user activities. /b /ppWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool. /p
