Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. /ppbWhat you will get: /b /pliAn agile career and dynamic working culture. /liliAn inclusive and ethical workplace. /liliCompensation programs that recognize high performance. /liliA variety of benefits dependent on role and location. /lipThe full list of our global benefits can be found here: /ppbWhat you will do: /b /pliDeliver process know-how, scientific expertise and operational excellence for biopharma API manufacturing. /liliEnsure successful process technology transfer and manufacturability by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Process Development, Operations, QA and QC. /liliOwn and support change control activities to maintain compliant and efficient manufacturing processes. /liliProvide manufacturing support during production campaigns and lead process troubleshooting activities on the shop floor. /liliDrive process optimization through data analysis and preparation of CPV and APQR documentation in partnership with data management teams. /liliIdentify and implement workflow, process and asset improvements through innovation and continuous improvement projects. /liliAct as a technical subject matter expert, supporting operational excellence and knowledge sharing across the organization. /lipbWhat we are looking for: /b /pliMaster’s degree or PhD (preferred) in Bioconjugation, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline, with a focus on organic chemistry. /liliSignificant industry experience in bioconjugation methodologies, biopharma manufacturing and/or process development, ideally within bioconjugates. /liliHands-on experience with downstream processing, including chromatography and filtration technologies. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound technical decisions. /liliIn-depth understanding of bioprocess technologies and practical cGMP manufacturing experience. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. /liliFluent English language skills; German language knowledge is an advantage.
