Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations. /ppstrongWhat You´ll Do /strong /pulliDefine and execute the global IT strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and operational needs /li /ululliLead and develop the IT organization across multiple locations, fostering a culture of ownership, service excellence, and continuous improvement /li /ululliOwn all corporate IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud environments, endpoints, collaboration tools, and workplace technologies /li /ululliEnsure high availability, reliability, and security of all IT systems supporting engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions /li /ululliDevelop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls to protect company assets and sensitive information /li /ululliManage enterprise applications and business systems, ensuring effective integration, performance, and user adoption /li /ululliOversee IT service management, support operations, incident response, and problem resolution across the organization /li /ululliLead infrastructure projects including site expansions, office openings, manufacturing facilities, network deployments, and technology upgrades /li /ululliManage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners /li /ululliEstablish governance, asset management, disaster recovery, business continuity, and compliance frameworks /li /ululliDefine and manage IT budgets, investments, and technology roadmaps to support long-term scalability /li /ululliPartner closely with Engineering, Production, Finance, HR, and Operations teams to understand business needs and deliver practical technology solutions /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /ppstrongWhat You’ll Need /strong /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field /li /ululli10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles within complex and fast-paced environments /li /ululliStrong experience managing enterprise infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and IT operations /li /ululliProven track record leading multi-site and international IT environments /li /ululliExperience supporting manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, or high-technology organizations is highly desirable /li /ululliStrong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise security solutions /li /ululliExperience managing IT vendors, contracts, budgets, and service level agreements /li /ululliKnowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning /li /ululliStrong project management and change management capabilities /li /ululliExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders /li /ululliExperience supporting enterprise applications such as ERP, PLM, HRIS, and collaboration platforms is a plus /li /ululliEnglish is a must /li /ul
