pbCompany /b /ppThe client we are supporting in this recruitment drive is a leading international group specializing in automotive and white goods components. /p pWe are looking for a /p pbQuality Process Assurance Manager /b /p pwho wishes to support the Group in fostering a culture focused on excellence and the ‘right first time’ principle. /p pbRequirements /b /p liDegree in Mechanical or Electronical Engineering /li liSpecialization in Quality Systems Management /li liLanguages: Italian and English /li liIATF 16949/ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification /li liSix Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Ishikawa /li liAt least 8 years’ experience in the same role within multinational organizations /li liAnalytical mindset and problem-solving orientation /li liAbility to motivate and lead a team /li liSomeone with excellent ability to manage stress and pressure effectively. /li pbMain responsibilities /b /p liDevelop, implement, maintain and improve the Quality Management System /li liEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements /li liPlan and manage internal process and system audits /li liCoordinate external certification audits and customer audits /li liMonitoring processes and managing CAPA /li liEnsuring the effectiveness of implemented actions through structured follow-ups /li liPeriodic reporting on quality indicators (scrap, complaints, costs) /li liWillingness to travel is required /li pThe person we wish to meet has a strong personal motivation to work in industrial quality contexts, has good experience but is looking for a new challenge. /p pWe are looking for someone who is highly motivated to work in industrial environments where quality is a key factor and the cornerstone of the corporate culture. /p pIf you are interested in this role and meet the required criteria, please do not hesitate to apply by submitting your résumé. /p pYour designated consultant is bcristina /b /p pbLOCATION: /b Mendrisio Area /p pbCONTRACT: /b tempo indeterminato /p
