About the Role

As a Technology Sales Consultant, you will support clients across the Bern region by understanding their challenges, advising on modern technologies, and guiding them to the right solutions. You’ll split your time between the office and onsite customer visits.

This position is ideal for early-career talent who want to develop expertise in solution‑based technical consulting and sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand your assigned territory
• Grow your product portfolio and market presence
• Identify new leads and create new business opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored technical solutions
• Conduct onsite visits and consultative discussions with customers
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and solution overviews
• Negotiate offers and guide customers through the end‑to‑end sales cycle
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates
• Continuously expand your product, industry, and sales expertise through training and coaching

Your profile:

• 1–3 years of work experience (sales, consulting, engineering, customer-facing roles, etc.)
• Fluent French, Swiss German and English.
• Valid driving licence (company car provided)
• Strong interest in high technology and willingness to become an expert
• Proactive, communicative personality with drive and ambition
• Motivation to build a long-term career in technical consulting and sales
