Mission

• Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen areas and equipment.

• Clean and maintain all restaurant kitchenware, tableware, and utensils.

• Clean, organize, and maintain the assigned workstation at all times.

• Ensure the proper storage and handling of crockery, glassware, and kitchen equipment to prevent breakage.

• Support the kitchen team as required, including assisting with basic food preparation, plating, and mise en place.

• Assist with kitchen inventory counts and stock-taking procedures.

• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations, including HACCP standards.

Profil

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.

• Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.

• Dynamic, reliable, and able to work independently.

• Flexible and available to work varying shifts based on operational requirements.

• Good command of French and/or English.
