- Drive customer experience through innovative and sustainable solutions digitally enabled insights training and capability-building for customer teams
- Translate customer challenges intotailored and integrated Ecolab solutions.
- Expand Ecolabs presence in the segment and drive sustainable growth by leveraging EcolabsTotal Value Delivered approach.
- Establish the Swiss luxury hospitality segment as the clear reference in Europe to pioneer and showcase Ecolabs innovative solutions and value delivered.
Executive Relationship Management
- Build and maintain trusted long-term relationships withkey stakeholders including General Managers Executive Committees Owners and Investment Groups.
- Position Ecolab as a strategic advisor for hygiene excellence guest experience food safety sustainability and operational efficiency.
- Lead partnership discussions at C-level including contract frameworks partnership models and multi-site agreements.
- Act as the face of Ecolab at relevant luxury hospitality forums industry events and networking platforms in Switzerland.
- Advocate Ecolabs partnership withEHL École hôtelière de Lausanne by strengthening collaboration in education innovation and thought leadership
Internal Leadership & Collaboration
- Be the business and segment lead to leverage European and Global programs and resources to accelerate your success.
- Collaborate closely with service technical marketing digital and supply chain teams to ensureconsistent value delivery and flawless execution.
- Share market insights customer feedback and competitive intelligence to support strategic development.
- Serve as a role model for Ecolabs values ethics and customer-centric mindset.
Qualifications:
Professional Background
- Proven track record from working directly in Swiss luxury hospitality strategic account management or business development within luxury lodging.
- Demonstrated success inconsultative value-based selling models.
- Existing well-establishednetwork within the Swiss luxury hospitality industry supported by documented sales and partnership successes.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage credibly at C-level to open doors and gain agreements.
- Excellent stakeholder management negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex solutions into customer value.
- High level of autonomy combined with strong collaboration in a matrix organization.
Language & Mobility Requirements
- Fluent in French English and German(spoken and written)
- Valid Swiss work permit(mandatory)
- Valid Swiss driving license (passenger car)and willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally Europe.
