The experiences you gain here will be more valuable than anywhere else, so, whenever you join, however long you stay, the exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime. /p pbYour key responsibilities /b /p liLead engagement teams to realise clients’ strategy, process, people and technology transformations, with accountability for quality, client impact and commercial outcomes. /li liLead transformational technology consulting engagements: bTechnology Strategy Assessment /b Digital, AI and technology-enabled business transformation bTransformational Technology Program Management /b bDesign and improvement of IT Operating Models /b(people, process, tools and governance) Technology Sourcing and vendor strategy Cloud, infrastructure and IT service management transformation bServiceNow and Microsoft technologies advisory /b /li liLead multi-disciplinary teams and complex workstreams, providing direction, coaching and quality assurance to managers and consultants. /li liTake end-to-end ownership of high-quality work products for clients and other related parties in a timely manner. /li liMaintain full accountability for project financials, risk management, compliance topics and delivery performance. /li liAnticipate, identify and manage risks within engagements, escalating issues and shaping mitigation actions with senior stakeholders. /li liDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with senior clients’ personnel, including CIO / CDO / CTO and other CXO-level executives. /li liBuild strong internal relationships within EY Consulting and with other service lines across the organisation to bring the best of EY to clients. /li liContribute to the strategic development of the Technology Strategy Transformation practice, including offerings, methodologies and thought leadership. /li liContribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, mentoring, developing and retaining consulting professionals. /li pbWhat we look for /b /p liMaster’s degree from a reputable University with excellent academic records. /li libMust have /b: 10–15+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years in Big4 consultancies, Strategy Houses or similar departments within industry organisations or niche consultancies, with significant exposure to technology transformation leadership roles. /li libMust have /b: Demonstrated ability to originate, shape and close bmulti-million CHF consulting engagements /b, while building and managing a bstrong sales pipeline /b. /li liProven track record leading bcomplex, high-value pursuits and competitive bids /b, mobilising cross-functional EY teams to win strategic transformation programmes around core bTechnology Strategy Transformation /b topics. /li liDeep understanding of Technology Strategy and Transformation disciplines including IT Strategy, Operating Model, Infrastructure and Cloud Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Technology Sourcing and IT service management. /li liStrong knowledge of enterprise applications and technology ecosystems such as ServiceNow, Microsoft (Office 365, Dynamics, Azure, Power Platform etc.), AWS, Google Cloud, SAP, Oracle, Veeva, Salesforce, etc.. /li liProven experience advising senior client stakeholders and engaging confidently with CIO / CDO / CTO and other CXO-level executives. /li liPeople and project leadership experience, with the ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary consulting teams and develop more junior colleagues. /li liCustomer-centricity, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as a Team Player across borders, sectors and service lines. /li liStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to analyse business and technology problems in a clear and concise manner. /li liStrong sense of ownership, commitment, commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset. /li liExcellent skills in both written and verbal English and German/French (both would be an advantage). /li liBefore all, you have a keen interest in Technology.
