Mission

• Prepare and set up the staff cafeteria before each meal service.

• Ensure the buffet is fully stocked and replenish food, beverages, and supplies throughout service.

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the staff cafeteria, dining area, and service stations.

• Clear tables and clean the dining area after each meal service.

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with the property's procedures.

• Monitor stock levels of tableware, beverages, and cafeteria supplies, and report replenishment needs.

• Work closely with the Kitchen and Stewarding teams to ensure efficient service.

• Provide a friendly, professional, and welcoming service to all employees.

• Apply the property's standards, policies, and procedures at all times.

Profile

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage, catering, or a similar hospitality role is an asset.

• Good command of French; basic English is an advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Positive attitude with a strong team spirit and customer service mindset.

• Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible and available to work shifts according to operational needs.

• Good knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation standards is an asset.
