Manager / Senior Manager – Record-to-Report & Fast Close

ph3In this role, you help multinational clients transform record‑to‑report, financial close and group reporting processes. You contribute to KPMG's finance transformation offering by delivering modern, technology‑enabled close and consolidation solutions together with a specialized team. /h3 h3Your contribution to KPMG /h3 ul liDrive business development by actively sourcing and following up on client opportunities and leading go-to-market initiatives /li liGuide clients in designing, optimizing and standardizing record‑to‑report and financial close processes, including close calendars, governance and controls /li liLead project teams to design end‑to‑end accounting, group reporting, consolidation and close workflows /li liManage experienced teams implementing finance transformation and close acceleration solutions /li liAdvise clients on target operating models for finance, including roles, responsibilities and process ownership /li liStrengthen and maintain collaboration with key technology providers in ERP / EPM / Fast Close /li liLead client discussions on fast close, accounting efficiency, close quality and enabling technologies /li liCoach and develop team members in record‑to‑report and close excellence topics /li /ul h3This is what makes you successful /h3 ul liMaster's degree in economics, finance, accounting or (business) informatics, or a comparable qualification. CPA or equivalent considered a strong plus /li liMinimum of 7 years of experience in finance consulting or audit / advisory, with a strong focus on record‑to‑report, financial close or group reporting /li liDeep knowledge of accounting, consolidation and close processes in a multinational environment /li liProven experience in finance transformation initiatives and process optimization /li liStrong interest in finance systems, automation and technology‑enabled close acceleration /li liTech savvy, experience working with ERP, consolidation or close management tools is a strong advantage /li liExcellent communication skills and confidence in senior client discussions /li liFluent in English; German and/or French is a strong plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
